2009 Popcorn Festival Theme:
The Grand Popcorn Parade:
The 37th Popcorn Parade opens the 2009 Popcorn Festival.
The 23d Annual "Kernel Klassic" 5K Walk/Run:
Join us Saturday morning for this classic event sponsored by Weaver Popcorn. Registration available online.
The Fincannon Memorial Car and Motorcycle Show:
Cars and Motorcycle, Saturday 4:00pm till 7:00 pm.
Great Free Entertainment on the Popcorn Stage nightly:
This year’s 2009 Popcorn Festival free entertainment features the "Harness Family Band" following the parade. Friday, the "Upward Praise Band" follows the "Kids Magician Show" with "Frankie and the Bananas" entertaining at 8:30 pm. Saturday, "RudiToonz" will put smiles on the faces of the young and old, then "Cook & Belle" will be welcomed back this year. After the festival prize drawings, "Gary Monroe," DJ will wrap up the Saturday festival events. A Community Service is scheduled for Sunday morning with special guest "Brad Luzadder"
